Donato Tedeschi returns. He will be in the long department

The three days of ‘casting’ by coach Davide Diacci at PalaSprint bore fruit. In some ways unexpected. The new Tarros coach seems to have been favorably impressed by Donato Tedeschi, the Pivot winger from La Spezia born in 2001 who returns to wear the black and white after just one season, exactly like Josandel Ramòn Ramirez who also returned to the ‘base’ after a year in C in Carrara and already made official last week. Tedeschi, who like Ramirez was part of the group responsible for the promotion to inter-regional Serie B two seasons ago, with his 202 cm height, reinforces the long department which until yesterday was made up solely of captain Lorenzo Fazio.

“He is an excellent player – comments Maurizio Caluri, sporting director of Tarros –; we are very happy that he is back with us, double happiness because he is a talent from La Spezia. We are sure that he will do very well”. Born in La Spezia, where he started playing on the court, Tedeschi then had several experiences outside the city, starting with his training in the youth team of Basket Ferrara, a Serie A team. Last season he played in Carrara in Serie C Toscana with CMC Basketball, scoring 11 points on average and has already started training under the orders of coach Davide Diacci who has already said he is very satisfied with this new player made available to him.

The Caluri club continues its all-round exploration in setting up the team also on the input of Diacci himself who would have indicated a series of profiles of players already employed by him in Emilia Romagna, especially in the play and pivot spots, which already they know the very dynamic, all-court and high-intensity basketball developed by the Modenese coach. The three days of training at PalaSprint brought other interesting ideas for coach Diacci, so much so that he convinced the club to also take three other boys: the Sardinian brothers Gabriele and Samuele Monaco, born in 2006 and 2008, and Almami Barry Silla, a big man born in 2005 from Mali, brought to Italy by Massimiliano De Santis: a boy with incredible athletic skills who however is still raw from a technical point of view.
