Clarinet and piano play together in some of the most beautiful pages of music of all time. The second event of “Classica d’Estate… & Wine” is dedicated to these two precious instruments and their combination. Sunday 16 June at 8.45pm in Garden Room of Via Lino Suppressa (crossroad of via Petraglione) a Lecce. Samuele Lorenzo Tamantini and Beatrice Mariella Macchiatwo young talents of classical music, will be the protagonists of a concert “Between sound dialogues”with music by Weber, Danzi and Saint-Saëns.
Samuele Lorenzo Tamantini he obtained a first level academic diploma in clarinet with a score of 110 with Maestro Ugo Gennarini, and a second level diploma under the guidance of Maestro Laura Coco with a score of 110 with honors and honorable mention at the Conservatory Saint Cecilia of Rome. Winner of numerous competitions, he carries out concert activities with various types of formation: musical bands, orchestras, ensembles.
Beatrice Mariella Macchia he began his piano studies at the age of 6. He obtained the two-year II level course in solo piano at the age of 21 at the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory in Lecce with top marks, honors and mention under the guidance of Maestro Corrado De Bernart. He has participated in various international music competitions, obtaining recognition and prizes as a soloist and as part of a duo and chamber trio.
She collaborated with the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory as a piano accompanist and participated in seminars and masterclasses with masters such as Bruno Canino, Emanuele Arciuli, Nora Doallo, Vladimir Minaric, Egon Mihajlovic, Natalia Trull, Cristiano Burato. She has performed for important musical associations in the Lecce area and beyond, such as the Camerata Musicale Salentina, the Mozart Association of Tricase, Bolzano Festival Bozen, Festival Schönberg Schubert. A strong predisposition for the 20th century and contemporary repertoire led her to perform compositions for the first time ever and to perfect herself under the guidance of Maestro Emanuele Arciuli at the Pinerolo Music Academy.
He is currently attending the two-year course in Chamber Music at the “Santa Cecilia” Conservatory in Rome under the guidance of Maestro Rosaria Alessandra Clemente.
It will be an evening full of good music, to be enjoyed together with a good glass of wine in the green garden in the heart of Lecce.
