The ongoing intervention, delimited by the classic barriers with orange net, it concerns exclusively the renovation of the gate that overlooks that point. The work, carried out by the Tosi property, Presezzi whose permits had been given some time ago, will be completed around September to move the entrance back.
While the intersection revolution is closely linked to the recently approved PGT (Territorial Government Plan). and which will be definitively adopted by the autumn. This project, which also includes the opening of via Lega to redevelop the station by creating a new access, saw a heated debate between Presezzi, property of the Tosi company, and the municipal administration. The former Tosi concierge in via San Bernardinothe current entrance to the Presezzi factory, was opened in 2022 when the then ownership of the two twin buildings decided to seal the gates of Piazza Monumento.
