A state of unrest has been proclaimed among the workers of ATM, the company 100% owned by the Municipality which guarantees the transport service and the management of the blue lines in Trapani.
This was made known by the trade unions, Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Faisa Cisal, Soggetto juridical, Confial and Ugl, who explain: “After several meetings, a solution to the dispute has still not been reached. Issues remain on the table such as the climate of unease and constant tension experienced by workers, the problems relating to the organization of work, the stalemate in the negotiations relating to second level bargaining, undertaken in April last year. Not to mention the requests for meetings with the company that have still not been fulfilled”.
The unions add “since last year we have discussed various drafts of supplementary agreements without reaching signature. In the meantime, the inconveniences and the climate of tension experienced in the company have worsened and the workers are tired and disillusioned”. Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Faisa Cisal, Legal entity, Confial and Ugl finally warn “if we still don’t get answers, proceed with the second phase and therefore with the proclamation of the strike”.
