Aral officially emerges from the corporate crisis
Rivolta: “Ready for new investments”
The Civil Court of Alessandria, meeting in chambers, officially declared the end of the Composition with Creditors procedure no. 2.2019 paid by Aral SpA The notification, which took place on 12 June 2024, communicates the regular execution of the Plan, ordering the archiving of all documents.
The Composition Plan, which affected the company’s activity starting from the last quarter of 2017, effectively concluded in the first month of the current year with the payment of the last installment of 583 thousand euros.
“Having proclaimed the end of the company crisis, we are ready to resume activity with new investments, as envisaged by the Environmental and Industrial Improvement Plan, and to re-establish collaborative relationships with credit institutions – declared the director of Aral Spa, Marco Rivolta – a new chapter of Aral SpA is about to be written.”
