What future for Matteo Brunori? The Palermo captain, protagonist of the climb from Serie C to B with his goals, could consider his adventure at Palermo to have come to an end. The Italian-Brazilian striker, author of sixty-six goals in total in three seasons with the Rosanero shirt, seems – in fact – strongly tempted by the prospect of playing in Serie A.
In recent days, Brunori’s entourage met the new sporting director Morgan De Sanctis in Milan. An interlocutory summit, which inevitably also touched on the topic relating to a hypothetical farewell of the captain himself. However, there is not only Serie A on Brunori’s trail. Pisa, in detail, “has entered a group of three teams fighting for Matteo Luigi Brunori, 29 years old, now almost ex-captain of Palermo, because the rosanero should sell him in the next transfer window”, writes “La Nazione”.
The Tuscan club has started to look around, exploring potential signings and showing interest in the Italian-Brazilian striker. “The valuation is between 4 and 6 million and currently Pisa and Modena are very interested in the player, but Brescia is also in the window, more out of the way”, he reads.
