Baby Gang leaves Busto prison, returns to house arrest

The Baby Gang trapper was transferred from Busto Arsizio prison to house arrest, following the decision of the Milan Review Court to accept the appeal against the worsening of his precautionary measure

The Baby Gang trappers obtained permission to leave the Busto Arsizio prison to return to house arrest, thanks to the decision of the Court of Review of Milan. This follows the appeal filed by lawyer Niccolò Vecchioni, who contested the aggravation of the precautionary measure decided by the Court of Appeal of Milan at the end of April.

The Court of Appeal had intensified the precautionary measure following the singer’s publication of photos on Instagram, where he appeared with a gun, later revealed to be fake, aimed at the camera. These images have caused irritation at the Court of Appeal, which has yet to decide on the two cases for which Baby Gang has already been convicted at first instance.

The Court of Appeal, while recognising the questionable nature of Baby Gang’s behaviors, found insufficient evidence that the weapons and marijuana used in the photos were actually real. This evaluation influenced the decision to revoke the aggravation of the precautionary measure, allowing the trapper to move from detention in prison to the house arrest regime.

This legal development continues to raise media attention around the controversial artist, who has already faced several criticisms and legal proceedings during his career. The Court of Review’s decision marks a turning point in his legal journey, as his judicial future and public activities continue to be monitored.
