PESARO – Cocaine in the car and at home, triggers the arrest.
As part of some services related to the prevention and repression of crimes relating to drug dealing, i carabinieri of the Pesaro company they have their eyes on a 50 year old from Pesaro, already known in the context of drug consumption and sale.
So they checked him in the area between via Fratti and via Giolitti, in the Pantano district. On and he had 5 grams of cocaine in his glasses case in the car, already divided into doses, ready for sale.
The search continued at home where, inside his clothes and in some furniture drawers, he had another 6 grams of cocaine, 1 dose of marijuana and 1 dose of hashish. Given the precedents, the arrest was made in flagrante delicto for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs. They were too 400 euros in cash seized, believed to be the proceeds of drug sales.
The man, a worker, appeared before the judge yesterday morning, assisted by the lawyer Enrico Maria Paci of the Pesaro bar. The man defended himself by saying that the cocaine and the rest were for personal use. The judge validated the arrest and ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest. The lawyer asked for the terms of the defense. The man is also facing proceedings for mistreatment of his ex-partner. He was arrested last March because he broke into her house.
The checks also continued in other parts of the city thanks to the soldiers from the Isola del Piano station who came to support and thanks to the canine unit with the fearsome dog Bob. His nose did not betray him and he pointed to a Gambian in his thirties found in possession of 4 grams of hashish. He was reported as a drug user for non-therapeutic use to the Prefecture. No complaints, given the small quantity.
