Everything Can Change – the show of the Sonia Onelli Academy at the D’Annunzio theater in Latina

The Teatro D’Annunzio in Latina will host a unique show that will bring to the stage the crucial theme of our time: the future of the planet and humanity.

From 17 to 19 June 2024, the Sonia Onelli Academy will present “HUMAN: Everything Can Change”, a theater work that blends social, environmental and artistic elements, exploring environmental sustainability, climate change, nuclear wars and human relationships through an immersive representation with 3D projections of great emotional and visual impact.

Set in 2093, “HUMAN: Everything Can Change” is a journey into a dystopian future, where our planet, devastated by pollution, climate change and nuclear wars, forces humanity to take refuge in underground bunkers. In this bleak scenario, the protagonist, born from an artificial egg due to radiation-induced sterility, tells the dramatic story of how we got to this point. Written and directed by Sonia Onelli, the screenplay is a powerful warning about the consequences of our actions and an urgent call to change course to avoid such a future.

The Sonia Onelli Academy, known in the area for the very high level of artistic training of its students, will stage a multifaceted performance that includes singing, dance, acting, circus arts, aerial acrobatics, verticalism and choirs. Each element will contribute to creating a complete and engaging artistic experience, capable of fascinating and inspiring the audience. It is a call to use art as a tool of protest and dissemination, underlining the enormous potential it has to move consciences and awaken society.
