Rimini, 14 June 2024 – Green roofs, c waterfalls of water and spaces to live while looking at the sea. The future Marvelli square it will be much more than an area that overlooks a public parking with over 300 parking spaces.
Design entrusted to architects Gianni Ranaulowith various projects around the world, not least China, and under study Structure Engineering, intends to create a new, livable and usable place.

It will not be a simple square overlooking the Sea park, but it will have the function of connecting the new seafront to the city.
To understand it, just look at the part facing towards Tripoli Avenue.

A terrace with cascades of water which on the sides will open into two small boulevards with bars, shops and outdoor tables, which will lead towards the Sea Park and the large semicircular fountain which will open to the beach and the sea.
The new square will be built on the site of the Tripoli underground car park, the infrastructure on which work began a few weeks ago and which, once completed, will make it possible to make over three hundred parking spaces available.

While on the surface they will find a place the bikes with 225 seatsthe. But they will not be visible. The structure of the square actually raises the walkable surface to 3.20 metres, ‘covering’ the motorcycle parking areas, and playing with green spaces, stairways, terraces and water features.

In the square there is space for a public business so as to make the space always alive, day and night. The works can start as soon as the ground floor slab of the car park is completed, which should happen by the end of 2025.
