Attacked and beaten by a probably tipsy fifty-year-old from Agrigento. An emergency driver of an 118 ambulance was seriously injured. The healthcare worker intervened together with two other colleagues to provide aid to the man who had been noticed staggering and in a threatening attitude. The rescuer was transferred to the San Giovanni di Dio hospital, where the doctors on duty found he had a head injury.
