Tasting in the Langa Astigiana with the organic pioneer

The farm Bulls has held an important record since January 1993: certification T000001 for its Moscato d’Asti 1992, first ORGANIC wine made from grapes grown organically in Italy.

The tasting

The tasting, anticipated by the cellar tour, includes six selected wines it’s a Vermouth. Each glass tells the story of the territory, of the passion and commitment put intobiological agriculture.

To best enhance the wines being tasted they are served two cutting boards capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates:

  • Charcuterie platter A careful selection of local cured meats, produced according to traditional methods, which offer an authentic taste experience.
  • Roccaverano PDO cutting board The famous goat’s cheese, a local excellence, known for its creaminess and its unmistakable flavour.

Upon request it is possible to arrange different tasting itineraries.

Not only wine, but also culture and tradition

Thanks to the collaboration with the famous Savonese cartoonist Roby Giannotti, guests can enjoy the permanent exhibition Vignettes in the Vineyarda unique exhibition of its kind including 40 satirical cartoons dedicated to vines and wine, which will make you smile and reflect on the wine world with lightness and irony.

Overnight stay

Upon request it is possible to book, for a minimum of 3 nights, thefarmhouse apartment located in the vicinity of the cellar.

Immersing yourself in a family dimension it is possible to discover the rhythms of work in the vineyard and the authentic flavours, receiving seasonal products from the garden every day.
