Elisabetta Fratini: “It was a beautiful and moving day of participation and human warmth”

About twenty people from the organization “Rome Airports Club” They visited the day center of theAssociation “Together with the Disabled”at the Fiumicino office, in Via Coni Zugna.
The visit was organized in order to learn about the activities promoted by the voluntary organization in favor of disabled children, in particular with regard to the present and future projects of the center and the many initiatives of inclusion and aggregation promoted with determination by all the volunteers, by the young people who frequent the facility and by their families.
The Cral AdR manages cultural, training and assistance initiatives and activities with the aim of contributing to the support of people’s social needs, paying maximum attention to the welfare activities of the airport communities and the territories where the Roman airports are located.
“I would like to warmly thank the representatives of Aeroporti di Roma Club for wanting to meet the boys of the Association, spending some pleasant moments of conviviality and sociality with them – declared Elisabetta Fratini, President of the Association ‘Together with the Disabled’ – They also offered all the children of the center and the leaders of the Association a special open-air lunch.”
“It was a beautiful and moving day of participation and human warmth. – he added – where the representatives of the Cral AdR got to know the true reality of our kids, their purity of a so-called parallel world, made of deep affection and joy, which is often not known and kept distant from everyday life. Those present had fun with the girls and boys of the center, joked with them, sang, laughed, played and above all listened to what these young people have to say to the world, with their purity and spontaneity”.
At the end of the day the President of AdR Club, Antonio Ferreogave all those present some gadgets of the organization, which were much appreciated by the kids. In addition to the President, the initiative for the Cral AdR was attended by, Patanella Maurizio, Gaveglia Alessandro, Rocchi Enrico, Papalia Massimiliano, Trodini Chiara and Canarile Cristiano.
“Days like this give us hope for the continuation of the center’s initiatives, in support of future projects, in particular Dopo di Noi, aimed at guaranteeing a different and more reassuring perspective for the families of our children” concluded Elisabetta Fratini.
