US Sassuolo Calcio announces that Angelo Carbone is the new head of the neroverde youth sector.

Born in Bari in 1968, Carbone has a very long experience as a footballer wearing the shirts of Bari, Milan, Napoli, Fiorentina, Piacenza, Reggiana, Atalanta, Pistoiese, Ternana and Pro Patria. With the Milan shirt he won a European Super Cup and an Intercontinental Cup in 1990, a Scudetto and a Champions League in 1994.

In the 2006-2007 season he began his career as a manager in the role of Sports Director of Pro Patria.
In 2009 he returned to Milan as part of the club’s scouting team. In 2011 he began to follow the activities of the Rossoneri youth academy with the role of Basic Activity Coordinator.

From July 2019 to July 2023 he was Head of Milan’s Youth Sector.
