Foligno municipal pharmacy, signed supplementary company contract
SATISFACTION EXPRESSED BY FISASCAT CISL UMBRIA AND BY THE TERRITORIAL TRADE UNION AREA CISL FOLIGNO – SPOLETO
Foligno, 14 June 2024 – The first corporate supplementary contract for the MUNICIPAL PHARMACIES of Foligno (AFAM) was signed last week. Productivity bonuses, meal vouchers and contractual pension fund integration (Previambiente Fund) recognized.
These are all elements that lead Fisascat Cisl Umbria and the Cisl Foligno – Spoleto Territorial Union Area to evaluate it overall as an excellent result as well as being an important step towards valorisation in the recognition of a fundamental and strategic sector for the community.
The Fisascat Cisl Umbria secretary Simona GOLA and the coordinator for the CISL of the Foligno – Spoleto Territorial Union Area Bruno MANCINELLI therefore express profound satisfaction: “By virtue of approximately two years of complex negotiations, sometimes also characterized by tensions, it has been reached an important result not only for interesting workers, but also for the future of municipal pharmacies as part of what will be the regional healthcare structure, increasingly closer to the territory”.
