The total damage contested by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Auditors of Campania and by the PEF Unit of the Guardia di Finanza of NAPLES to the 17 managers and former managers of the Campania Region (one of the regional councilors was in office in both periods examined) is of 3,688,177.41 euros.

As regards the facts, the period from May 1st 2019 to April 30th 2021, a total of 1,485,150 euros would have gone to the secretariat managers, 489,129 euros to the administrative coordinators, for a total of 1,974,279 euros .

The alleged perpetrators of this damage to the treasury are accused of conduct characterized by gross gross negligence.

Compared to the time interval from 1 May 2021 to 31 December 2022, a total of 1,713,898.41 euros would have been paid: a total of 1,267,882 euros would have been paid to the secretariat managers, while the administrative coordinators would have received 446,016.41 euros.
