Nuova Monteluce awarded to Ampre Reoco: first interventions by September

It’s official: the so-called “Monteluce Portfolio” has been transferred to Ampre Reoco srl, a special purpose vehicle managed by Prelios. This is directly confirmed by a press release from the Region, according to which the srl will proceed “to relaunch the neighborhood” of Perugia. By the end of the month, ASL 1 will purchase the Nuova Monteluce property in which the community house and a whole series of health services will be installed, which will deliver “a volume of daily users of around 2 thousand citizens”, while the Ater will purchase the ground floor of the building which will house the future Adisu student residence.

These are the operations expected on the Nuova Monteluce of Perugia, which as regards the sector area envisages, through Ampre Reoco, the start of some minor interventions.
