Crotone – An important seminar entitled “the reform of the consolidated building law ex 380 of 2001 and Legislative Decree no. 69 of 30 May so-called “SAVE HOME” will take place on Saturday 15 June 2024 in Crotone, aimed at making professionals aware, Businesses and above all citizens the new simplification measures to encourage the regularization of minor building defects relating to their homes.
The same was organized by the Order and Foundation of Architects of Crotone, with the patronage of the National Council of Architects, in collaboration with the Provincial Orders throughout Italy who in recent months have developed a proposal for the new consolidated text on constructions and delivered to the competent Ministry, promoting training and awareness events in the Provincial territories.
Particularly enthusiastic was the President of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Designers and Conservators of Crotone, Arch. Francesco Livadoti, who has already participated in other similar events organized by other Provincial Orders, the latest in Frosinone on 27 May, for the great support from the Presidents of the Orders of Architects coming from Agrigento (Arch. Rino La Mendola), Asti (Raffaele Fusco), Catanzaro (Eros Corapi), Mantua (Cristiano Guernieri), Rome (Alessandro Panci) and Turin (Maria Cristina Milanese), who will attend the conference to share the path undertaken, useful for collecting all the proposals, requests and needs of the individual territories to be merged into a document-dossier to be delivered to the offices of the Competent Ministry.
The Conference will take place at the Museum of the Gardens of Pythagoras, with the formula of 4 short round tables of 45 minutes each, moderated by the Journalist Salvatore Audia, Director of Esperia TV and divided into functional topics, namely: “Proposal for the reform of the consolidated text and the Salva Casa Legislative Decree”, composed of: Arch. Anna Buzzacchi, National Councilor of PPC Architects responsible for the Cultural Heritage and Environment Department; Engineer Antonio Lucchese. Coordinator of the technical table for the preparation of the legal text containing the regulation of construction at the Superior Council of LL.PP; Arch. Fabrizio Pistolesi. Member of the technical table for the text of the law containing the regulation of construction c/o Superior Council LL.PP. and of the Comm. rapporteur on the reform of Presidential Decree 380/01; Dr. Silvia Paparo, Head of the Institutional Reforms Department c/o Presidency of the Council of Ministers. “The role of professional associations” by the Presidents of the Provincial Orders; “Simplifications and new TU Critical issues with Local Authorities” for which she will be interviewed the Arch. Elisabetta Antonia Dominijanni. Expert Manager in Construction and Urban Planning of the Municipality of Crotone; The day will close with speeches from the Regional Deputation of the Chamber and Senate invited to participate in order to be able to take charge of the requests and topics that will emerge from the debate: Sen.
