The Council of the Calabria Region, in today’s session, on the proposal of the president, Roberto Occhiuto, has decided to change Dgr number 144 of 31 March 2023 on the approval of documents related to S3 (Smart Specialization Strategy) 2021/2027 in the part concerning the governance of the S3 and, in particular, the “operational level of entrepreneurial discovery of innovation”.

Approval, then, upon joint indication of the councillors Giovanni CalabreseLabor policies and professional training, e Filippo PietropaoloOrganization and Human Resources, of the agreement scheme for the use of Arpal employees (Regional Agency for active labor policies) at the Departments of the Regional Council for technical support activities.

In convection, which has two-year durationit is specified, among other things, that Arpal takes care of all legal obligations regarding the economic treatment and the Calabria Region, as the user entity, provides adequate premises and equipment to carry out the tasks to achieve the objectives covered by the agreement. The ownership of the employment relationship lies with Arpal which reserves the right, for service needs, to agree on the return of the workers to the Agency.

Finally, the Council, upon proposal of the Councilor for Agriculture, Gianluca Galloapproved the guidelines for the drafting of the five-year extraordinary regional plan on management and containment of wild fauna and wild boar species (sus scrofa). It was also decided to set up, within the Agriculture Department, a coordination table made up of staff from the same Department and representatives of the most representative agricultural organizations in the regional territory.
