Klimahouse doubles with a new sister edition in Germany

Rome, 13 June. – For over twenty years, a reference fair in sustainable and innovative construction, Klimahouse continues the growth path of its format, highly attractive to an increasingly wider and international audience that includes architects, designers, installers, real estate promoters and operators in the sector .

From the continuous evolution of the event, which combines an informative approach with the presentation of the most cutting-edge solutions in high energy efficiency construction and renovation, Klimahouse Germany was born, a twin event expressly aimed at the German market, the result of a cooperation agreement between HINTE Expo & Conference and Bolzano Fair.

The alliance between the two important operators in the trade fair world makes Klimahouse Germany a platform accessible to an even wider audience of professionals and aims to develop the sector on a European scale in the name of environmental, social and economic sustainability. Thanks to the consolidated know-how of Klimahouse and its virtuous model capable of connecting and raising awareness of the most strategic targets for the evolution of the sector, the new event is committed, in fact, to offering new impulses to the German market on the last frontiers of sustainable construction, but also to draw inspiration from a country at the forefront of construction.

“We are pleased to bring Klimahouse, Italy’s leading trade fair for sustainability and innovation in the sector, to Germany for the first time together with a strong partner. This collaboration allows us to develop a joint internationalization strategy thanks to a fruitful exchange of knowledge”, says Thomas Mur, Director of Fiera Bolzano. “It is a splendid opportunity to consolidate a successful all-Italian format with a broader European projection, as well as an opportunity for the many innovative national companies to make B2B contacts and grow in a market that offers so much potential”.

Advanced building materials and green technologies. In recent years, Germany has made considerable progress in the field of green construction. For example, the Climate Protection Act and CO emission reduction targets2 have introduced important energy efficiency standards for new buildings and for the complete modernization of existing ones. To support energy-efficient construction and renovation, financing programs in the form of grants and low-interest loans from KfW Bank have been introduced.

Even in Germany, technologies such as photovoltaic systems and geothermal heating systems are increasingly being integrated into building projects to increase energy efficiency and improve the ecological balance. Greater efficiency in the design and execution phases, with strong attention to sustainability in the construction sector, also guarantees the reduction of costs and waste materials.

“With Klimahouse we bring an innovative format to Germany. It will not only be the leaders in the construction, renovation and finishing sectors who will present latest generation solutions, products and materials. With a high-level conference program and quality content all year round, this platform will help fuel broader networking among all industry players by promoting a practice-oriented approach,” says Christoph Hinte, Managing Director HINTE Expo & Conference .
