THE EAGLE. Hot days at L’Aquila, not only from the point of view of the summer transfer market. Tomorrow morning, in fact, inside the Giancarli room of the Gran Sasso d’Italia-Acconcia, the new organizational chart of the rossoblù association will be presented. The news will be different, starting from the most important position. The Caserta entrepreneur Mario Russo (until January at Alma Juventus Fano) will sit at the top of the L’Aquila structure and will carry out the functions of president. The former number one of the Marche team will try to bring new energy, obviously not only economic, within the team of the Abruzzo capital. The contacts started months ago and now the time has come to formalize the entry into the ranks of the people’s team. For the rest, the managers already present during the past season should be confirmed with Francesco Ghirelli honorary president, Goffredo Juchic CEO and the couple Massimiliano Barbero and Salvatore Di Giovanni as members of the board of directors. Compared to last season, especially as a figure close to Mario Russo, Luigi Di Giosia should fill the role of commercial manager. The latter, who has been close to the world of sport (specifically cycling) for years, will therefore take care of the commercial area, looking for new synergies to grow the economic structure of the company. Restructuring is therefore underway, with the desire to increase L’Aquila’s appeal and, consequently, generate new economic opportunities to make the company more competitive.
