“CSE HEALTH CONFERENCE ON THE VALORATION OF STAFF ON 17 JUNE IN ALESSANDRIA”
As part of the Piedmont CSE healthcare territorial congress which will be held on 17 June 2024, a conference entitled “The SSR and the new healthcare (hospital and territorial) the valorisation of staff beyond the rules…” was organized.
A topic of great importance and impact especially in 2024 given the imminent reforms to modify the sector, the huge sums made available by the Pnrr which see the healthcare sector and its staff facing an epochal challenge.
In all this great chaos, the workers in the healthcare sector, who are the true supporters of this system and the “bridge” between the many regulations and the needs of citizens, have always stood out for being true
“heroes” who however are not protected by anyone.
• today there are around 20 national collective agreements between public, private, socio-healthcare and
Welfare (as if they had 20 different jobs) naturally all expired and with few
very few actual valorizations
• Regional regulations each different from the other which therefore lead to
• Regulatory disorganization
• Bornout, work-related stress, violence
How can we enhance the human capital of healthcare?
In which the following will participate as speakers: Manager of Dipsa ASL Alessandria, Manager of Personnel Policies Area of Aou Alessandria, Legal Representative of the Social Cooperative “Il Gabbiano”, Municipality of Alessandria, Order of the Nursing Profession of Alessandria, Anaste Piemonte.
