– WINE, TERRITORY AND MUSIC AT THE LACRIMA WINE FESTIVAL MORRO D’ALBA AND MONTE SAN VITO, REVIEW FROM 21st TO 30th JUNE Not only the promotion of the prized DOC ruby red wine, “Lacrima di Morro d’Alba”, but of the entire territory included in the production specifications, also through the music that accompanies tastings, candlelit walks and cultural initiatives to discover wine and its land.
Glasses raised for the Lacrima Wine Festival 2024, now in its fourth edition, which is scheduled from Friday 21 June to Sunday 30 June, organized by the Morro D’Alba Municipality in collaboration with the Adriatico Mediterraneo Association under the artistic direction of the musician Giovanni Seneca and, new this year, with the Municipality of Monte San Vito which falls within the production territory. We start on Friday 21st in Morro d’Alba with the Salento popular music of Conservamara.

TEN REGIONAL HEALTH EMERGENCY TOURIST POINTS IN THE MARCHE REGION, INCREASED NUMBER COMPARED TO 8 LAST YEAR “In the Marche there will be ten tourist posts, or territorial health emergency stations, which will be activated to cope with the significant flow of tourists arriving in the summer period in our region”. This was established by a council resolution adopted on the proposal of the health department: “The number of stations has thus been increased compared to last year when eight Potes were activated”. These will be, reports the Region, “five tourist offices of the MSI type (driver-rescuer and nurse) and 5 of the MSB type (driver-rescuer and rescuer): for the first time the service will also be activated this year in the locality of Fiastra and in the mountainous area of the province of Macerata, being important holiday locations especially for foreign tourists”.

AFTER 13 YEARS THE ROMAN AMPHITHEATER OF ANCONA REOPENS TO EVENTS FROM 21 JUNE BETWEEN THE POPSOPHIA AND ANCONA JAZZ EVENTS After 13 years the Roman Amphitheater of Ancona returns from 21 June to host some summer shows and events included in the cultural events of Popsophia, Ancona Jazz, Ancient United Theaters (Tau) and Adriatic Mediterranean. “It is the reopening not only of a physical space – explained Silvetti of Ancona – but of an identifying place of the city, which together with the Mole Vanvitelliana and the ancient port which hosts other events, builds an ideal path in the heart and history of the capital”. Popsophia opens with the first edition of Ankoneide. The following day (22 June) music and philosophy show dedicated to Raffaella Carrà.

JAZZAP 24, THE WIDESPREAD FESTIVAL OF THE PICENO KICKS OFF TOMORROW, RICH BILLBOARD WITH FINARDI, AVION TRAVEL AND LETTIERI The third edition of ‘JazzAp 24’, the widespread Festival of the Piceno, starts tomorrow, until July 30th, with artists of the caliber by Eugenio Finardi, Avion Travel, The Bad Plus, Antonello Salis, Luca Aquino, Mark Lettieri, Naomi Berrill, Karima and many others.
This year’s program enriches the over 50 events staged in past years in more than 30 different locations and brings concerts and events to squares, villages, high mountain refuges, by the sea, all places where people and the landscape meet meet following the wave of JazzAp music.
Karima will inaugurate the musical kermess with the new project “No Filter” (tomorrow at 9.30 pm) in Monteprandone, in Piazza San Giacomo. A few hours earlier, at 7.30 pm in Piazza dell’Aquila, the street concert of the Matteo Grandoni Electrik Band is scheduled.

EMPLOYMENT GROWS BY 1% IN MARCHE, DATA DRIVEN BY WOMEN BLACK MESH REGION FOR CHILD LABOUR, 2,989 Employees in the Marche region are growing less than the national average and in the regions of Central Italy in the first quarter of 2024: 631 thousand, +1% compared to 1st quarter 2023, Central Italy (+1.5%) and Italy as a whole (+1.7%). This is the Istat data reworked by Ires-Cgil. Female employment is increasing: +15 thousand (+5.7%), male employment is decreasing: -9 thousand, -2.6%, the gender gap is reducing from -16.4% to -11.2 %. The scourge of child labor also affects the Marche, which together with Trentino-Alto Adige, Valle D’Aosta and Abruzzo, record the highest percentage. In 2023, according to the 2nd Unicef Italia Report on Child Labor in Italy, accidents and safety in the workplace, reworked with Inail open data, there are 2,989 children in the Region, out of a population of 41,672, therefore equal to 7, 2%, compared to a national average of 4.5%, were forced to work.

5 BILLION FROM INTESA SANPAOLO FOR BUSINESSES IN THE MARCHE REGION FOCUS ON TRANSITION 5.0, DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND CYBERSECURITY From Intesa Sanpaolo 5 billion for businesses in the Marche region thanks to “Your future is our business”, the new national program of the banking group which at national makes 120 billion euros available until 2026 to support the planning of SMEs and smaller companies, the third sector, agri-food and tourism supply chains. The plan, presented in Jesi (Ancona) to local entrepreneurs in the first of a series of meetings in the regional territory, aims to encourage new investments for Italian competitiveness by accelerating the dynamics of good performance of the production system and ensuring the immediate activation of sustainable and long-term strategies.
