CASERTA – Press note from Pasquale Napoletano, who talks about the conditions of the streets of via Ruggiero: “I receive reports from citizens residing in via Ruggiero on the corner with via Cappuccini of a repeated and constant daily inconvenience, in recent weeks exacerbated by the now in force climatic season which favors the opening of windows and balconies even at night.
At every hour of the day, and therefore also at night, the continuous circulation of vehicles in via Cappuccini leads them to pass over the numerous manhole covers on the road.
Manholes which, despite a recent “resurfacing” of the road surface, are not level because they are sunk into the asphalt or protruding. Manholes that sing a continuous “concert”, similar to that of the insults of the Caserta people who live there.
A complaint that may seem like “small stuff” compared to the most serious episodes of degradation in our city…. that grows:
anything other than the “good government” that Mayor Marino smuggles in his interviews!
A complaint that affects the quality of life of the people of Caserta and which leads me to ask, once again, that the Marino administration explain to all citizens why a newly “rebuilt” road immediately turns into a reason to curse the Municipality every day.
