OCCHIOBELLO (Rovigo) – Saturday 15 June it will also pass through the historic center of Occhiobello la 42nd historical re-enactment of the Mille Miglia. Coming from Ferrara, from 6 in the morning the vintage cars will pass along state road 16, they will take the ring road, via Eridania and enter Occhiobello via via Roma second trunk, via Cavallotti, via Marconi from which they will go up the embankment in the direction of Stienta.
The time trial will take place along the embankment road between Occhiobello and Stienta, therefore traffic will be suspended, in any case the embankment road will be closed in the stretch between Occhiobello and Santa Maria Maddalena, again starting from 6am.
The circulation of historic cars in the stretch between Santa Maria Maddalena and Occhiobello town will take place under regular conditions.
Traffic is regulated by ordinance 65/2024.
Ordinance 65/2024:
For the day Saturday 15 June 2024, from 6 to 11, or in any case at the end of the race, except emergency vehicles, police vehicles, vehicles participating in the event and in service thereof, the following measures will be in force.
Prohibition of transit in both directions along the sections of road at the top of the embankment of:
– via Chiavica from the border with Stienta to the confluence with via F. Cavallotti;
– via F. Cavallotti from the confluence with via Chiavica to the confluence with via G. Marconi, except vehicles heading to, or coming from the “Il Mulino sul Po” restaurant business with access from via Marconi, and exit from via Cavallotti, in one direction of the race, in the breaks between the transit of the competing vehicles;
– via G. Marconi from the confluence with via F. Cavallotti to the confluence with via Malcantone, except vehicles headed to, or coming from homes with access from it, via the shortest route;
– via Malcantone from the confluence with via G. Marconi to the intersection with the SS16, except in the stretch between the connection with via della Pace and the intersection with the SS16, vehicles headed to, or coming from homes with access from it, by the shortest route;
Prohibition of transit in both directions except for vehicles going to or coming from homes with access from the road at the top of the embankment, on the streets:
– Chiavica (access ramps to the top of the bank);
– F. Cavallotti (access ramp to the top of the bank);
– via Boccalara (access ramp to the top of the embankment);
– via della Pace (access ramp to the top of the embankment towards Occhiobello);
In via Cavallotti (the stretch between via Roma II Tronco and via Marconi), via Marconi, (the stretch between the intersection with via Cavallotti and the intersection with the embankment road) a parking ban with removal is established on both sides.
