Young 22 year old caught by Carabinieri of the Cremona Radiomobile Section while he was carrying a weapon with him, a multipurpose knife, which he tried to hide in a bag, while he was near Piazza Roma in Cremona.
Illegal possession of a bladed weapon.
In the afternoon of Monday 10 June 2024, around 4.30 pmthe Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section were in Piazza Roma when they noticed a group of people sitting on a bench. After approaching and identifying those present, the soldiers carried out a search on one of them due to a gesture that increased the suspicions of the Carabinieri.
In fact, the young 22 year old, upon seeing the police, promptly attempted to hide a purse, a gesture which however did not escape the Carabinieri. The search on the 22-year-old allowed the military to notice a 14cm knife, multipurpose, hidden in the bag. The 22-year-old, homeless and with a police record against him due to crimes against the person, was therefore reported for illegal possession of a bladed weapon.
Immigration rules
In the same group of people the Military have identified a 30 year old, also with previous records, with the residence permit having expired more than a year ago. For this reason the Carabinieri have it reported for the stay in Italy clandestinely.
