Cremona, Piazza Roma: two men reported

The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of Cremona have reported a 22-year-old man, with a police record against him and without a fixed abode, for unlawful carrying of a knife, and a 30-year-old man, with a police record of load.

Around 4.30pm that day, the patrol was in Piazza Roma and noticed four young people sitting on a bench. Taking into account that they might seem suspicious, they approached and one of them, as soon as he noticed the company car, hid a purse. But the movement did not escape the military. They were all checked and identified and the man, who had a history of crimes against the person, was searched and, in his bag, a multipurpose knife measuring 14 centimeters in length was found and seized, of which he was unable to justify the port. Another man in the group, the 30-year-old, had a residence permit that had expired for over a year and, therefore, was found to be illegal on the national territory. The first young man was reported for illegally carrying a bladed weapon, while the second was reported for remaining in Italy in a state of illegal immigration.
