17:50:51 CASERTA. The issue of the elementary school in via Roma, Lombardo Radice, is still being discussed in recent days, regarding the placement of children, when the works for the renovation of the complex begin.
Concerned parents have also written to the Municipality for answers, as have opposition councilors in recent months, but no one has been granted a noteworthy reply.
“I have been asking the municipal administration to organize itself on the transfer issue since 2022 – points out the lawyer Maurizio del Rosso, municipal councilor and city coordinator of the League – Last July 2023, 2 questions were presented asking to which schools the pupils would be located and whether the deployment was effective from the beginning of the school year, but we have not received feedback”
This morning Mayor Marino comes out in the press declaring how good they were at attracting PNRR funds, and yet, two months after the start of the school year, there will also be funds to renovate Lombardo Radice, but they still don’t know where to place the children.
Parents are sailing on the high seas, to date they still don’t actually know where their children will go when the school structure begins to be torn down and rebuilt.
So what’s the point of attracting PNNR funds but not knowing how to organize the spending, producing a serious disservice to the community, I ask myself.
Obviously I won’t stop here, a new question will soon be asked on the Lombardo Radice affair, considering that up to now we have not had certain answers, neither the undersigned, nor the councilors nor the parents who are fully entitled to them”, concluded Del Rosso .
