A “light” four-course menu will be proposed to the G7 leaders at the inaugural dinner on 13 June in the Castello Svevo in Brindisi in which they will also participate the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. «They will be traditional Apulian dishes – he says Pierangelo Argentieri, president of Federalberghi and director of Tenuta Moreno, who is entrusted with the organization – but not only that, fish from all over the region and much more». The second course will be «partly a tribute to Italian cuisine. We are talking about tortelli filled with gurnard, therefore with fish, with julienne of smoked bluefish». The dishes will be accompanied by the renowned local wine, then the Carduus bitter from Brindisi and the Fadi coffee from a roastery also in the Messapian capital. The G7 leaders, their staff and diplomats will be welcomed in three separate rooms.
