Last Saturday, Cisalfa Group inaugurated the first Intersport Superstore store in Italy, in Reana del Rojale, in the province of Udine. The store is located in via Nazionale 21 and represents the new format of multi-brand sports stores created to meet the needs of consumers who want to do sports, with particular attention to convenience.
The store covers an area of 2800 square meters and houses an assortment of products, accessories and equipment for all types of sports and outdoor activities, with more accessible price ranges than the Cisalfa Sport stores.
“With the launch of this new format, we want to continue to establish ourselves as a point of reference in the sector, promoting an idea of well-being that comes from sport and contributing to improving the quality of life for everyone. Precisely for this reason, we will continue to invest in Italy, both in terms of new openings and new hires, with the aim of spreading this vision of ours”, stated Boris Zanoletti, general director of Cisalfa Group.
The new opening involves an investment of over 1 million euros, but also the hiring of 50 collaborators with sales assistant positions, we read in a note.
“Intersport Superstore represents a strategic piece in the expansion plan of Cisalfa Group, which aims to grow its presence on the Italian market by offering a wider range of products and accessories, including from the best international brands, at more accessible prices without losing quality “, specified the group’s management in a note.
For 2024, the opening of another two new stores is planned, including the second in June in Tor Vergata (Rome), for a total of approximately 160 hires and 5 million euros in investments. The development strategy involves the opening of a further 4 stores by the end of 2025, reaching a total of over 400 new workers and 11.5 million euros in investments.
