The President of the US Ancona Board of Directors, Tony Tiong speaks today, through the Giangrande law firm – which he specifies will be the only source for information regarding his role – for the first time since the company’s crisis began. And he reiterates “firmly the goodness of all the activities I have personally carried out in the interest of US Ancona, as well as the importance of the huge financial investments I have made to the Company over time, and that the events that have emerged in the last few days will be in the appropriate offices carefully ascertained and reconstructed, in the relative causes, origins, responsibilities”.
With a statement from the lawyer he also explains that: “The events that have been affecting the company US Ancona Srl in recent days require me to intervene personally at the institutional offices and in the public debate, also to protect my honor and my work”. Tiong explains that he has accepted “the invitation of the Mayor of Ancona to a future meeting, which can be held when I will be present in person in Italy to try to best manage the situation which has unfortunately – and against all my intentions and wishes – been created “.
