Voting out of office for the European elections, a Power to the seat no. 78 no one has shown up yet.
For the first time in this election cycle the students they can vote in the city where they study and not in the one where they live. A novelty that could prove to be a flop in Basilicata.
At 1pm today at the special polling station set up at the “A. Busciolano”, in via Sicilia, there were no voters present. In short, between yesterday and today no one has shown up to vote yet.
They arrived at the polling station six vote requests presented by people residing outside the region, three of whom domiciled in Matera and three domiciled in Potenza. A data below expectationsconsidering that the initiative to exercise the right to vote in a municipality other than that of residence was welcomed with great enthusiasm.
It will have to wait until 11pm this evening, closing time of the polls, to understand if anyone will show up. Also because, they explain at seat 78 that “they could always be added in these hours with a delegation”. This means that someone could show up in addition to the six who applied.
