The concert takes its name from the 2023 album of the same name (Believe International), the first completely for solo piano, six years after Nocturne which exceeded 17 million streams on Spotify alone. Welcome to the musical stars on July 31st the Rossini Philharmonic Choir directed by Federico Raffaelli
and accompanied by a band made up of piano, guitar, bass and drums. At the center of the concert are medleys taken from the most famous musicals that have made the history of this genre. A journey starting from the Broadway of the 1950s with the historian West Side Story by Leonard Bernstein, passing through the famous musicals composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, such as The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar And Catsuntil Oh mama! of ABBA, the Swedish band considered among the most successful musical groups of all time.
Frida Bollani Magoni & Albert Eno they are the protagonists of the event on August 3rd. Frida began studying classical piano regularly at the age of seven under the guidance of maestro Paolo Razzuoli, who taught her musical notation in Braille, as she was visually impaired. Over time she proves herself not simply to be a daughter of art but an artist herself, a talent that has been revealing itself to the public in continuous evolution for some years now. Frida has long established an expressive partnership with Albert Eno. Already vocalist of Kismet, Eno started his solo project in 2018, a vigorous and quivering voice, which with his background pop-rock supports Frida in her explorations of the extra-jazz repertoire.
On August 4th Gioachino Rossini Philharmonic Orchestra presents a concert with violins provided by Metamorphosis project, instruments built with the wood of migrant boats, wood which therefore acquires an exceptional symbolic value. The music of Maurizio Fabrizioone of the most interesting and innovative composers of contemporary Italian music, dialogues with the singer’s voice Chiara Grilli in a concert that will see the Orchestra’s supporter as soloist Ana Julia Badia Feria. Another particular aspect of the concert lies in a new way of involving the public: the FGR wants to inaugurate a way of bringing the public closer to music, to the production of sound. For this reason the concert is entitled The FGR in Augmented Realityconveying this concept, which has now become common in the digital experiential world, within the musical event.
Concludes Summer Miraltheatre on August 8 Soundpark festa real explosive party characterized by the overwhelming sounds of I hate my village, Lalalar And Korobucreated in collaboration with Black Marmalade Records And Glocal Sound. I Hate My Village is the most loved super band on the Italian independent scene, made up of four absolute protagonists: Adriano Viterbini (Bud Spencer Blues Explosion), Fabio Rondanini (Calibro 35, Afterhours), Marco Fasolo (Jennifer Gentle) and Alberto Ferrari (Verdena ). The group has made itself known and appreciated for an eclectic mix of precise guitar geometries, African rhythms and fascinations, psychedelia and of course rock. Lalalar is a Turkish band with roots immersed in poetry and Anatolian sounds, but with a focus on clubs and rock, ready to hit the audience with their very personal sounds. After setting European stages on fire with the release of their first LP in 2022, the band is back with a new album that reflects their image: edgy, independent, political and tremendously effective. The streets of Istanbul have always been a melting pot of political energy, social furor and intense musical progression. A hotbed of tumultuous sounds and artists looking for new outlets and new sounds of which Lalalar are one of the most significant expressions. Completing the musical triptych is Korobu – a band selected as part of the “Glocal Sound – Young author music in circuit” project – formed in Bologna in 2019, they move in the underground sector which today is increasingly struggling to find spaces and which the three members of the band have always attended with dedication: Gianlorenzo “Giallo” De Sanctis (vocals, bass, synthesizers) leader of Buzz Aldrin and the one who in 2013 gave shape to the dark and tribal electronics of Husband; Alessandro (guitars and synths) and Christian (drums and electronic percussion) played in the post rock group My Own Parasite, also writing the soundtrack of the film One night by Toni D’Angelo. Following the entry in September 2023 of Pablo, a multi-instrumentalist former member of Lato and Fiumi, the band is currently made up of four elements.
