On the A14 Bologna-Taranto, in order to allow the operations necessary for the advancement of the plan for the construction of the two new overpasses, positioned respectively at km 232+870 and at km 235+050, in the stretch between Ancona south and Loreto, it was defined a program of construction sites and closures exclusively at night.

What changes

To allow the transfer of materials and work tools, and with the aim of minimizing interference with the usual movements around the Conero area, starting from the afternoon of Monday 10 June, the preparatory activities for the installation of a lane deviation, which will be active, starting from 10.00 pm, between km 227+400 and km 236+200 towards Pescara and will guarantee transit on one lane towards Pescara/Bari and on two lanes towards direction of Ancona/Bologna.

The closures

At the same time as the installation of the lane deviation, it will be necessary to adopt some temporary closure measures, exclusively during the night time slot:

Monday 10th

from 10pm on Monday 10th to 6am on Tuesday 11th June, the Ancona south station will be closed, entering towards Pescara/Bari and exiting for those coming from Bologna/Ancona.
Alternatively we recommend using the following stations:
entering towards Pescara/Bari: Loreto;
exiting for those coming from Bologna/Ancona: Ancona north, at km 213+500;

Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th

on the two nights of Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th June, from 10pm to 6am, the Ancona south-Loreto section will be closed, in both directions, Pescara/Bari and Ancona/Bologna.
Alternatively, the following itineraries are recommended:
towards Pescara/Bari, after the obligatory exit at the Ancona sud station, follow the SS16 Adriatica towards Pescara and return to the A14 at the Loreto station;
towards Ancona/Bologna, after the obligatory exit at Loreto station, follow the SS16 Adriatica and return to the A14 at the Ancona sud station.

On the same nights of Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th June, the “Conero Ovest” and “Conero Est” service areas, located respectively towards Pescara/Bari and in the direction of Ancona/Bologna, will be closed.

It should be noted that, in the time slot from 7.00pm to 6.00am on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th June, a parking ban will be established within the “Conero est” service area.
