Civitavecchia – Elections, for the Anti-Mafia Commission an “unpresentable” candidate with Poletti

CIVITAVECCHIA – There are 45 candidates for the local elections considered “unpresentable” after the checks carried out by the Parliamentary Anti-Mafia Commission because they were deemed by the parliamentary body to be “in violation of the self-regulation code”.

There Parliamentary Anti-Mafia Commission – chaired by Chiara Colosimo – drew up the list of so-called unpresentable candidates because they violate the self-regulation code. In all they are 32 (Of these, 4 I’m from Brothers of Italy, party led by Giorgia Meloni, compared to one of Forza Italia is one of We Moderates), to which others are added 13 (for a total of 45) who are part of lists that have already held the role of mayor or member of the council in the municipalities dissolved due to mafia infiltration.

The candidate of “We Moderates for PolettiAlessandro Lamberto which claims the retired general of the Guardia di Finanza was declared “unpresentable” for the following reasons:

the candidacy of ALESSANDRO Lamberto, candidate for the municipality of Civitavecchia for the “WE MODERATE FOR POLETTI” list. In respect of the aforementioned candidate, the Civitavecchia GIP, in the hearing of 21 October 2021, ordered the postponement to
judgment for the crimes referred to in articles 319, 321 and 479 of the penal code (corruption for an act contrary to official duties – ideological falsehood). The hearing is underway with the next hearing scheduled for May 30, 2024. The aforementioned candidacy is therefore in violation of article 1, paragraph 1, letter b) of the self-regulation code.
