There Tommaso Minardi art school in Faenza returns to present itself to the public with the “Three Looks” exhibitionscheduled from 13 to 24 June in Municipal Art Gallery in Piazza del Popolo.

The exhibition will be inaugurated Thursday 13 June, at 5.45pm, in the presence of the municipal administration and the manager responsible for the municipality’s cultural activities, Benedetta Diamanti; Entry to the event is free.

The exhibition can be visited on the following days and times: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 10.30 to 12.30 and from 16 to 19; Wednesday and Friday from 4pm to 7pm.

LThe exhibition presents the works created by the students following three different training experiences: the reinterpretations of works viewed at the Municipal Art Gallery of Faenza; life drawings with models, created during the lessons of drawing and painting courses for adults, according to the tradition of the ancient academies; the works inspired by the exhibition “The mysteries of the Oriolo Tower”exhibited in the month of May in the tower itself, a place rich in legends and ghostly suggestions.

The event is also made possible thanks to the generosity of Save The Children And Bertaccini shop.

In fact, both of them organized one fundraising for the school. Save The Children purchased multimedia equipment and furnishings, while Bottega Bertaccini contributed to supporting educational activities through the “Mud Painters” charity exhibition.

There Minardi schoolfounded in Faenza in 1797, counts today over 120 studentsincluding many children and adolescents.

Three looks” represents an opportunity to celebrate the art and talent of the students and to underline the importance of artistic training as a tool for personal and cultural growth.
