After 10 years here is the new tender for the PIP area: 36 lots between production areas and secondary urbanizations

?

A new notice for the assignment of lots and secondary urbanizations for the PIP area was published today by the Municipality of Andria. Overall, there are 36 pieces of land available of different sizes, of which 7 are intended for secondary urbanisations. The tender will be “one-stop” and arrives about ten years after the last tender carried out and approximately 20 years after the establishment of the area dedicated to the plan for PIP production settlements in Andria. The document published today comes at the end of a long and tortuous procedure that started a few years ago, exploded during the commissioner’s management with requests for compensation from the body, and culminated with the new regulation approved last year. A long journey that could have important repercussions for the entire territory and for an area that still requires a more complex and extensive redevelopment never carried out in about 20 years since its activation.

Returning to the announcement, specifically there are three types of 29 lots available for production activities with plots from 300 to 2800 square meters for which they will be assigned ownership rights. The seven lots of secondary urbanizations, however, range from a minimum of 509 to a maximum of 6205 square meters. In this case, however, we are talking about assignment of surface rights for 99 years. Secondary urbanizations concern all those services useful to the community such as bank branches, canteens, sports or recreational activities, but also kindergartens and public offices.

The tender will expire in 30 days, i.e. on July 6th. For each type of lot, a specific price per square meter has been established as per the regulation.
