Parma Food will be present at Munich with an important group show for The Italian Show, within a market, the German onewhich represents the second destination country for Parma agri-food exports with a value of 441 million euros. The event will be held Monday 10 June at the Eisbach Studios, a few kilometers from the city, within a format conceived and developed by I Love Italian Food to promote Made in Italy supply chains on international markets.

The collective of the Consortium, which has been promoting the development of the Parma agri-food sector since 1976, will be made up of four important companies: Coppini Arte Olearia, Podere Cadassa, Salumificio Del Sante and I Cotti in Forno, within the second stage after that of Nice on 8 April and which will continue with the appointments in London (30 September) and Madrid (18 November). During the day, which takes place in collaboration with the main trade associations, the companies will be able to come into contact with over 500 German professionals between chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, buyers and distributors, as well as the world of communication through journalists and influencers.

Among the planned activities, a pizza show with the world-famous pizza masters Vincenzo Capuano and Giuseppe Squitieri, talks, bar stations for the world of cocktails and a tasting of Italian wines and above all the best local food products. A great opportunity to once again raise awareness of the food and wine excellences of Parma, putting the supply chains in contact with the main references in the ho.re.ca world.

And if we go back to 2019 the increase was truly exponential, with a +53% compared to the pre-pandemic period, going from 288 million euros to the current 441.
