Last day of the electoral campaign today 7 June in Puglia. Not all candidates will take to the streets: this year some have chosen less traditional events such as parties with supporters.
BARI: TWO RALLIES AND A PARTY
Michele Laforgia (which this morning has a flyer with Nichi Vendola in the San Paolo district), closes at 9.30 pm at the San Nicola pier with the rally «A new beginning». The M5S which supports Laforgia has scheduled a gazebo in Via Sparano at the corner of Via Putignani from 10am to 12.15pm and at 6.30pm a walk from Piazza Garibaldi to continue along Corso Vittorio Emanuele and up to the San Nicola pier.
Also Vito Leccese he goes to San Paolo in the morning (with the candidate for president of Municipality III Luisa Verdoscia), but at 8pm he closes at the electoral committee in via Argiro with Antonio Decaro. Decaro, candidate for the European elections, will close at 5.30 pm with a rally in Cerignola in the electoral committee of the Democratic Party.
Fabio Romito, candidate of the centre-right, closes at 7.30 pm on the stage in via Sparano. All representatives of the parties supporting the coalition were present.
LECCE: EVERYTHING IN PIAZZA SANT’ORONZO
In Lecce at 7.30 pm the closing rally of the electoral campaign of the centre-left candidate, the outgoing mayor Carlo Salvemini, and its coalition. At 8.30 pm that of Adriana Poli Bortonechallenger of the centre-right, also in Piazza Sant’Oronzo.
