The ENPA section of Bisceglie announces the date for the 1st edition of the “Dog Parade”, which will be held on Sunday 9 June in Piazza San Francesco starting from 6pm, after the previous appointment had been canceled due to rain.
The event will have a dual objective: to raise the necessary funds to support the veterinary and animal care costs of the Bisceglie area and to raise public awareness of the importance of the well-being of our four-legged friends. During the initiative, the veterinarian Jaime from the Atheryon veterinary hospital will be present, available to answer all the participants’ questions free of charge.
Interested parties can register by sending a Whatsapp message to the numbers 3467388703 or 3807664458, indicating the owner’s name and surname, the name and age of the dog. It will also be possible to register on site starting from 6.30pm. To participate, a symbolic donation of 5 euros is required.
The parade will be judged by an external jury and a general ranking will be drawn up. Furthermore, prizes will be awarded to the winners of the special categories, including “grandfather sprint”, “as is”, “bon ton”, “little pest” and “gentle giant”. .
Joe Zampetti is the main sponsor of the event and will provide gadgets for all participants and super prizes for the winners of the parade.
During the event there will also be a photographer who will capture the highlights of the fashion show, also offering the possibility of viewing and choosing your own photo which will be printed and delivered later.
