“Construction and real estate market in Arezzo: present and future”

New perspectives, developments for the city’s construction and real estate market. This will be the central theme of “Construction and real estate market in Arezzo: present and future”, the Fimaa-Confcommercio Florence-Arezzo event scheduled for Monday 10 June, at 3 pm, in the Arezzo headquarters in via XXV Aprile (palazzo d’ Gold).

The meeting, organized by the Arezzo section of the Italian Federation of Business Agents (FIMAA), the largest association in the brokerage sector in Italy – with over 14,000 associated companies and 200 members in the province – will see the participation of real estate agents of Confcommercio and three relevant councilors of the Municipality of Arezzo to discuss interventions, projects and the state of public works that concern the development of the city.

Greetings from the association will be brought by Carlo Barbagli, president of Fimaa Confcommercio Toscana, and Catiuscia Fei, deputy director of Confcommercio Florence-Arezzo. Speakers will be Francesca Lucherini, councilor for urban planning and construction, Monica Manneschi, councilor for housing policies, and Alessandro Casi, councilor for public works of the Municipality of Arezzo. The proceedings will be moderated by Marco Salvadori, secretary of Fimaa-Confcommercio Arezzo.
