This year too, the VelaDay event was held in Molfetta, which is receiving more and more support from year to year.
The Molfetta Sailing Club and the Italian Sailing Federation have promoted the culture of the sea and the sport of sailing.
On the afternoon of Saturday 1 June and on the morning of Sunday 2 June, the sporting initiative and not only that, as it also promotes the beauty of the area and respect for the sea, welcomed many fellow citizens and inhabitants of the neighboring municipalities.
There were well over 250 participants, including adults and children, in this weekend dedicated to the “Promotion of Sailing” under the banner of the CIRCOLO DELLA VELA of MOLFETTA.
Everyone was able to observe Molfetta from the sea, a unique and fascinating experience, thanks to the boats of the sports association and the shipowners.
They enjoyed fantastic sailing, driven by the right wind, respecting the marine environment and sailing in a serene and relaxed climate.
At the end of the event, the sports association hopes that the great success achieved with this initiative will be a driving force and bring sea lovers closer to the discipline of sailing.
