Aeroitalia flies from Perugia to Lamezia Terme and Lampedusa

It was an early June full of inaugurations for Aeroitalia, from the S. Francesco d’Assisi international airport in Perugia. In fact, on Saturday 1 June the Perugia-Lampedusa routewith flights that will be operated every Saturday until October 5th, while Sunday June 2nd was the turn of the inauguration of the connections between Perugia and Lamezia Termescheduled twice a week until September 15th.

The routes from the Umbrian port

Two routes that enrich the Aeroitalia network to and from “San Francesco d’Assisi”, which in addition to the routes to Bergamo and Linate will also offer new services to Southern Italy.

Furthermore, from June 3 the carrier has reactivated even flights between Perugia and Olbiato reach a total of 5 destinations and 24 weekly flights operated to/from the Umbrian airport.

For its part, Umberto Solimeno, general director of Umbria airportcommented: “With the new Aeroitalia connections we are consolidating a season full of connections for our airport, which in these summer months will manage up to 120 scheduled flights per week. We are happy that the Aeroitalia company has decided to invest in Umbria, increasing the network of destinations and in particular providing connections with Lombardy, Sardinia, Calabria and Sicily. To continue to grow also in the quality of the services provided and in the context of the infrastructure development program we have recently announced further new services which will improve roads, parking, services and comfort for passengers and users of the airport”.
