The Sports Judge Dr. Stefano Palazzi, assisted by Irene Papi and the AIA Representative Mr. Marco Ravaglioli, in the session of 3 June 2024 adopted the resolutions which are reported in full below:

RACES ON 2 JUNE 2024
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

The Sports Judge,
given that on the occasion of the return matches of the Semi-finals the supporters of the CARRARESE and LR VICENZA clubs have, in violation of the regulations referred to in articles. 25 and 26 CGS:
– introduced various types of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, smoke bombs and flares) into the sports facility and used in its sector, the use of which no harmful consequences have been reported;
– thrown objects onto the pitch that can be considered very slightly offensive;
– considering that the circumstances set out in art. jointly apply to the above-mentioned companies. 29, paragraph 1, letter. a), b) and d) CGS,
RESOLUTION
without prejudice to the measures specified below, not to adopt disciplinary measures against the Company referred to in the introduction, in relation to the behavior of their supporters as described above.

SOCIETY’
LR VICENZA – AVELLINO RACE ON 2 JUNE 2024
The Sports Judge,
having read the report drawn up by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, in particular with reference to what happened during the match relating to the contact between some supporters of the Avellino Club and two Stewarts on duty in the Guest Sector and their injury, invites the Federal Prosecutor’s Office to carry out further investigations instructors useful for the precise reconstruction of the facts, acquiring further elements to confirm what was reported by the member of the LR VICENZA Company. Subject to adopting the most appropriate measures and without prejudice to the measures already adopted.

FINE €3,000.00 – LR VICENZA for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, representing a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched:
1. in conjunction with the start of the match, from the South Standing Sector, a flare on the pitch, without consequences;
2. in the 14th minute of the first half, from the Distinti Numerati Sector, a flare on the pitch, without consequences;
3. in the 19th minute of the second half, from the South Standing Sector, a flare on the pitch, without consequences;
4. in the 19th minute of the second half, from the South Standing Sector, an empty bottle on the pitch, without consequences;
5. from the 19th minute to the 23rd minute of the second half, from the Distinti Sector, in response to the throws made by the opposing fans, three smoke bombs towards the fans positioned in the North Standing Sector, conduct which led to the suspension of the match for four minutes;
6. in the 97th minute of the match, from the Southern Standing Sector, a medium-power flare on the pitch, without consequences.
Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts, including the suspension of the match and the intrinsic danger of throwing pyrotechnic material towards opposing fans, and considering the measures envisaged and implemented in application of the organizational models implemented pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC).

FINE €2,500.00 – AVELLINO for facts contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent facts committed by his supporters, located in the North Steps Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting of:
1. having thrown a flare into the playing area before the start of the match, without consequences;
2. in having thrown, in the 41st minute of the first half, a glass full of liquid into the playing area, without consequences;
3. in having, in the 19th minute of the second half, one of their supporters climb over the barriers of the North Standing Sector, attempting to take a flag, promptly stopped by the Police before being able to reach the Numbered Distinguished Sector reserved for opposing fans;
4. in having launched, in the 19th minute of the second half, three firecrackers of medium power onto the pitch, without consequences;
5. in having thrown, from the 19th to the 23rd minute of the second half, two firecrackers and two smoke bombs towards the opposing fans positioned in the Numbered Distinguished Sector, conduct which led to the suspension of the match for four minutes;
6. in having thrown, in the 30th minute of the second half, a firecracker of medium power onto the pitch, without consequences;
7. in having damaged two audio speakers located near the barriers of the North Steps Sector.
Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts, including the suspension of the match and the intrinsic danger of throwing pyrotechnic material towards opposing fans, it was noted that the sanctioned club was contesting the away match and considered organizational models implemented pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC – photographic documentation, obligation to pay compensation if requested).

FINE €1,200.00 – BENEVENTO for facts contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent facts committed by his supporters, located in the Curva Sud Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting of:
1. in having lit, before the start of the race, innumerable smoke bombs and intermittent flares in his sector, resulting, with this conduct, in a two minute delay in the start of the race, waiting for correct visibility to return;
2. having thrown a smoke bomb into the playing area at the start of the match, without consequences.
Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 6, 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, CGS, having evaluated the overall methods, considering that no further harmful consequences occurred than the delay in starting the tender
(supplement to the Arbitration Law, Federal Procedural Law, RCC).

FOOTBALLERS SENT OFF
DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL COMPETITIONS AND €500.00 FINE
GOLEMIC VLADIMIR (LR VICENZA)
for having, in the 30th minute of the second half, behaved violently towards an opposing player, as, after scoring an opposing goal, with the game stopped while he was trying to collect the ball from the goal and after receiving a push from the opponent, he reacted by hitting him with a medium intensity kick at the height of the calf, causing him to fall to the ground.
Measurement of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, and 39 CGS, having evaluated the overall manner of the conduct, considering the nature of the gesture and considering, on the one hand, that no harmful consequences have occurred for the opponent and, on the other, the dangerousness of the conduct put in place and the impossibility of playing the ball.
