In four years the offers of rooms for students a Verona have quadrupled and represent 15% of the rental market in the city of Verona. Despite this, the costs are still too high and not sustainable for university students.
The offer of rentals for university students is increasing, but prices remain high
A single room in Verona costs on average for students approximately 400 euros per month. Cheaper solutions can, however, be found if you share the room with someone else, but the fixed cost of utilities and, sometimes, also of the condominium remains.
In the city of Verona only 5% of members finds a place in affiliated residences. ESU provides accommodation for 485 children but there are around seven thousand off-site students.

To find accommodation, students often have to contact estate agents.
