This year’s program is rich; in fact, during the triduum the parish hosted a series of events such as the presentation of the oratory “A Gonfie Vele”, the animation of “Magicabula” for the little ones with inflatables and human table football, the singers of “Canta che ti passa”, food stands and a lottery.
In particular, yesterday evening after the Eucharistic celebration the procession of the effigies of Saint Paul the Apostle and Our Lady of Providence in the streets of Via Donizetti, Via Ponchielli, Via Canosa, Case popolari, Via Santeramo, Via Pedico, Via Achille Bruno and Via Rossini.
A suburban neighborhood that embraces many realities as Don Rino explains: “Ours is a beautiful neighborhood because it lends itself to welcoming different realities both from the city and from outside the city. In fact, we are the point of reference for those who come from outside for medical visits to the hospital and while waiting they visit our parish and walk around our neighborhood. This is the meaning of hospitality” – it’s still – “I teach the kids about the different charisms of Peter and Paul the Apostle who, despite their differences, have one thing in common: faith. This is what we teach our kids: to welcome diversity not as a contrast but as a source of wealth.”
To conclude the evening on the way back from the procession there was a show by the musical band and a performance by the Asd Cquadrostyle dance school.
