Weekend full of open water competitions for the master athletes of the Swimblu Milazzo engaged in two different competitions between the island of Vulcano, and the start of the Open water circuit of the first stage in Modica.
TO VULCANO athletes present Tiziana Smedili, Francesco Russo, Andrea Amendolia, Davide La Cara, Rosario Trifiletti, Santi Grillo And Roberto Di Meo. In the 6km race, crossing Vulcano Lipari, the athletes Andrea Amendolia and Santi Grillo finished paired with excellent chronometric results (under 2 hours), in complicated sea and current conditions.
On the same day, in the nautical mile, an excellent result for the athlete Francesco Russo who achieved a second place in the category with an excellent race pace.
IN MARINA DI MODICA athletes present for the Sicily grand prix races Cristina Faranda, Francesco Arcanà, Simone Scibilia, Gianluca Venuti. In the 5km, which began but was suspended shortly after due to bad weather conditions, Simone Scibilia and Cristina Faranda were competing.
