The police handcuffed a 44-year-old with similar precedents: the images from the surveillance cameras are decisive
A 44 year old man residing in From Treviso but originally from Belluno he was arrested by the police and taken to prison, on order of the judiciary, because he was accused of having assaulted, immobilized and robbed a young prostitute a few last April 28th, in Villorba (Treviso).
What happened
The suspect, after asking a sexual performance inside one’s car to a 24-year-old Albanian woman, would have wrapped the victim with a sheet, blocking her arms with a rope and closing her mouth with some duct tape and then threatening to stick fire the fabric with a lighter.
The investigations and precedents
After taking possession of the young girl’s bag, containing 350 euros, documents and a mobile phone, the man apparently walked away, abandoning the victim on the street in a state of shock: when a passerby saw her barefoot and with her clothes torn, the police were alerted. The Carabinieri investigators then traced the car (a red Fiat Punto) which was parked near a shop and the identity of the suspect. through the municipal video surveillance system. The 44-year-old is no stranger to similar episodes: ten years ago he had already served five years in prison for a similar affair.
