The bad weather intensifies in the afternoon-evening of Sunday 2 June in the Centre-North. While strong storms hit practically all the regions of the North, triggering storms, hail and strong gusts of wind, on the coast of Tuscany a show was staged waterspouts. Several whirlpools have been spotted off the coast of Livorno, one of which is also large. The heaviest rains hit the provinces of Pisa and Lucca. Among the most important rainfall data so far, we highlight 65mm in Canneto, 40mm in Monte Romecchio, 35mm at Passo delle Radici, Pescia, S. Pietro a Marcigliano, 33mm in Rocca Sigillina, 28mm in Terrinca.
