No Ponte Capo Peloro Bridge: “From the same hotel as the Northern League electoral banquet on Thursday, the Noponte Capo Peloro committee relaunches the legal opposition to the bridge project over the Strait”.
In the same hotel where the shameful provocation of the electoral banquet of Salvini and Germanà was held last Thursday among the homes of the expropriated people of Capo Peloro, the Noponte Capo Peloro committee held a meeting of the expropriated people this afternoon to define the final details for presenting the observations within the imminent expiry of the expected 60 days, as part of the procedure aimed at affixing the pre-arranged constraint to the expropriation as well as the declaration of public utility of the definitive project of the bridge over the Strait.
The observations of No Ponte Capo Peloro are aimed at contesting the right of the Strait of Messina to initiate the proceedings, at the defects of legitimacy of the procedures, at the complaints of constitutional importance to the entire proceeding.
The expropriated parties – continues the note from No Ponte Capo Peloro – therefore ask Stretto di Messina spa, but also the Municipality of Messina, “to take note of the validity of the exceptions raised which outline reasons for the illegitimacy of the proceedings, even of constitutional importance, of the acts adopted and/or to be adopted; to evaluate, in light of the above, that any act of approval of the definitive project is an act that can be immediately and independently challenged both for “own defects” and for “derivative defects”; that the undersigned in the denied hypothesis of rejection and/or non-consideration or insufficient evaluation of the exceptions made, will be forced to take judicial action to protect his reasons and his legitimate interests”.
